Do you ever carry around that little feeling of dread on Sundays? Warning: work week, dead ahead!
For most of us, we only get two days off per week and yet we really only savour Saturdays. Too often our Sundays are spent mentally preparing for the week that lies ahead of us.
I think it's time we stopped clock watching, toss out our "to do" lists and really enjoy our other day off.
Treat Sunday like a second Saturday.
Today's line-up included: breakfast at our favourite diner, shopping at the local farmer's stand, dress shopping for my friend's wedding, catching up with friends, buying flowers at the local nursery and taking our dog out for a long walk. Bliss.
Remember, the weekend is for you. Use every ounce of it.
