round and round
I didn't intend to post yet another photo of my little gal because I fully realize it is getting out of control :). I just noticed late tonight that I hadn't taken a challenge photo and this shot that I took earlier today just happened to fit the topic quite well.
Only one more day to go on the photo challenge. It has been a lot of fun to pick up the camera daily but I am looking forward to writing more in depth again in May.

This is what was happening at 1pm in our house. The dog was patiently waiting for her lucky break to dash past the jolly jumper. (The first photo cracks me up. It's as if the dog is pleading with her eyes, "for the love of god, get me the frick out of here!")

It is pretty hilarious taking yoga with a group of moms and babies. There is nothing serene about it. At least one baby is losing it at some point. Mine likes to make fart sounds with her mouth when the instructor talks. So, at least she has our sophisticated style of humour.

This maxi dress for Summer was the last thing I bought. It goes down to my ankles and is super comfortable. It's the first full length dress I've bought but I've been a bit shy to wear it out yet because it is so long. Would you wear a maxi dress?

friends, the next generation
I had so much fun today watching our little one hang out with our friends' children. They are so sweet to her. I am so madly in love with these little faces. I hope you had a great weekend! I feasted on German food and belly laughs with friends Friday night, shared delicious beers with the gang Saturday night and noshed tasty birthday cake on a sunny patio today with our oldest friends. My cup feels full. My diet, however, feels forgotten. Did you get out and enjoy the sun?

Two hours after the baby gets up she has her first nap of the day and I get 20-30 minutes of delicious uninterrupted time to myself. Oatmeal, coffee and time to catch up on articles/emails/texts. I love this little sliver of time.
