Sometimes we too get swept up in what lies ahead, always looking forward. It's the little moments that can ground us and keep us present. And with the rapid rate that life travels, isn't it nice to just bask in a moment and soak it in with all of your senses?

Today I was walking from work to the Canada Line and was insanely thirsty. I rounded the corner to be greeted by a Barrista handing out free frappuccinos. Bliss.
